Although summer is coming to an end with the fall around the corner, pools of Arizona are busier than ever. With time constant 100 degrees that make the valley all summer and in September, the water often as a "bath", is even more cold air, and therefore always fresh and fun.
Unfortunately, the pleasant thoughts that a pool of leads, it also makes the occasional unspeakable tragedy of a child from drowning, andhappened again.
In Phoenix, on Tuesday, a 5 year old child nearly drowned. This was despite the fact that there were almost 15 people in the pool time!
According to reports, the group somehow "lost track" of 5 years and child found floating
face down in the pool. Witnesses said that the public carried out CPR on the boy until emergency crews arrived and rushed the child to 5 years in hospital.
Who was responsible for this child? No one "lost"the young. They just forgot him. They took their eyes off him for too long.
That spells nothing but tragedy when it comes to your children and swimming pools.
There are no legal responsibility for such a thing? You bet.
Who can participate? A parent or guardian on behalf of the young. If a child dies, usually as a mom or dad. Yet many questions remain unanswered here.
Who should have been paying attention?
Therealcohol or drugs involved?
The complex has the legal responsibility?
Many questions are unanswered. Whatever the judge's decision to do a very thorough investigation is necessary to know how it happened, and try to make sure that does not recur.
We never think that can happen to us. I'm sure those 15 people's thoughts, "Hey, with all of us here, someone will always look at little Johnny." Then each of them has left thesomeone else.
The indicator is still unfathomable, until it happens.
